The hotel provides information on the guest’s present, past or future stay in the hotel to third parties, including the close relatives of the guest, only by prior written authorisation of the guest. This prohibition on communication does not apply to requests under the law. The guest acknowledges that the hotel, in accordance with legal provisions, is obliged to transmit the personal data of the guest requested by the authority, as long as the legal conditions are met. The hotel shall raise no objection to the data retrieval which is based on law, or an authority or judicial decision. We treat the personal data of our guests as confidential, and, in accordance with the legislation in force (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Law No CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information), we retain the data for a year, not transmitting them to third parties. When checking in, our guests are offered the opportunity to consent to the processing of their personal data and to sign up to our marketing newsletters. All you need to do is to mark on the registration form when you check in that you wish to receive newsletters, and you consent to the processing of your data. We need to store the data required for the performance of the service agreement even without the consent of our guests, otherwise we will not be able to issue invoices. (For example: Guest’s name, guest’s address, guest’s e-mail address in case the guest wishes to receive the invoice online.)
