Should you need medical assistance, contact our colleagues at the front desk without delay. They will be pleased to be at your disposal. At the front desk there is a first-aid kit, with the help of which minor injuries can be treated. However, if the personnel considers that your injury cannot be treated with it, they will call professional help for you. We kindly ask you to note that our colleagues at the front desk will not be able to give you any medicines with a view to avoid the possibility of drug sensitivity / drug allergy (including medicinal products not requiring a prescription, as well!). If you need any medicines, you can purchase them in the nearest pharmacy. Please contact the front desk for the list of the nearest pharmacies / pharmacies on duty.

Our guests can park their cars on the street, where a parking fee shall be paid.

Tap water is potable is our hotel.

We kindly ask our Guests not to throw any pieces of trash (wet wipes, textiles, toilet paper rolls etc.) into the toilet. Thank you for your understanding!

As an environmentally conscious hotel, our philosophy of “Green Movement” is reflected in all our units. We kindly ask you to leave the clean towels in their place, and put the used towels on the floor or in the bath if you wish to have them changed. In our catering units we use serviettes and paper towels made from recycled paper, as well. Our reception team also thinks consciously, therefore we print as little as possible to protect the tress. Nevertheless, if you wish to copy or print something, it is possible, of course. In our hotel we collect waste selectively, and we use LED light bulbs in order to save energy.

Guests are required to use the devices and equipment of the hotel as intended. Damage resulting from improper use shall be paid by the guests at the request of the hotel by the time they leave the hotel. The furniture and equipment of the hotel may be taken out of the territory of the hotel only with prior written authorisation of the hotel. The hotel room can be rearranged and the furniture can be moved by the employees of the hotel or the person designated for this purpose only. Taking out any of the hotel equipment without the prior written authorisation of the hotel constitutes a criminal offence, and the hotel will take the necessary criminal and civil law measures in that case. Guests are required to inform the hotel, should they experience a technical problem with any of the devices or equipment of the hotel. Guests shall not fix or make an attempt to fix the malfunctioning device or equipment. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from this.

Lost and found articles are stored and recorded by the hotel for 3 months, in accordance with the legal provisions. Exceptions to this are food products and medicines, which are to be destroyed by the hotel. After the identity of the rightful owner is confirmed, they can request the delivery of the object at an additional cost. Objects that cannot be stored by the hotel due to their size, weight or any other features will be handed over to the notary with territorial jurisdiction without delay.
