Our hotel rooms are air-conditioned and heated. The temperature of your room can be set with the help of the control panel installed next to the entrance door. The desired temperature can be set with the ‘TEMP’ button on the display, and the air-flow rate can be controlled with the ‘FAN SPEED’ button. With the help of the ‘OPER MODE’ button, you can choose if you wish to heat or cool the room.

Room amenities are included in the room rate, we charge no extra costs for the coffee and tea available in the room.

We kindly ask you to respect that the rooms of our hotels are non-smoking. In line with this, smoking is prohibited in the closed spaces and community areas of the hotel. With the exception of the designated smoking areas, smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited. The employees of the hotel are entitled to warn the guests as well as everybody staying on the territory of the hotel to follow this rule and to stop smoking or using e-cigarettes. We strongly ask you to be aware that the hotel is to charge an additional cost of EUR 250 to you for the possible extra cleaning if you fail to comply with the above.

You can easily connect your electronic devices to the Internet. Please select “AliceHotelGuest” from the Wi-Fi networks, and enter the password you received at the front desk upon arrival. The hotel cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted operation and availability of the Wi-Fi. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage occurring in the guests’ device or in its content while using the Wi-Fi or resulting from the use of the Wi-Fi. Guests may use the service at their own risk.

Every room has a safe available for our guests free of charge. It can be found in the closet. You can find the user manual in the safe. If you have any technical problems, please contact the front desk. Please note that the hotel assumes no responsibility for the valuables left in the room.

Please take care of the room keys received upon arrival, and always have one with you if possible, otherwise you will not be able to enter your room. We kindly ask you to note that cards should not be kept next to mobile phones, tablets and other smart devices, because it may result in having to re-programme the room cards at the front desk every time. It is very important never to give your room card to persons you do not know to avoid the risk of criminal offences. Please give the room key to our colleagues at the front desk upon departure.

Our hotel is equipped with smart televisions, and it is possible to mirror your smart devices (tablet, mobile phone) on them. This service is free of charge. Paid contents are available only if you have your own subscription (e.g. Netflix, Youtube Premium, HBO GO).

Should you need an adapter or a converter, the Front Office team of the hotel is pleased to be at your disposal!

Would you like to have a wake-up call? Contact the front desk or set the timer of the television in your room. We kindly ask you to note that the wake-up call may be requested at your own risk. It is a gesture of attention by the hotel, not part of the contract services provided by the hotel. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage caused by the failure to wake up or by any late calls.

Upon request, we are happy to provide anti-allergenic bedding, a baby cot for our young guests, slippers and a bathrobe. For a restful sleep, choose from our different types of pillows in our pillow menu.
